REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns / Inspection Period

Our return policy includes a 3-day inspection period starting from the date your order is delivered. This allows customers to carefully inspect their jewelry upon arrival and ensure everything is in perfect condition.

If 3 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Due to the delicate nature of fine jewelry, we encourage customers to inspect their items immediately after delivery. Jewelry that shows signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Items returned more than 3 days after delivery
• Items that show signs of wear or use

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will apply to approved returns.

If you choose to exchange your jewelry for another item of equal or greater value, the 15% restocking fee will be waived.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within several business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:
    1.    First check your bank account again
    2.    Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted)
    3.    Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Important Note for Fine Jewelry

Fine jewelry pieces, especially gold chains and delicate designs, must be handled with care. Items that show signs of wear, stretching, pulling, or accidental damage after delivery cannot be accepted for return, as these conditions occur during use rather than during shipping.
